    Jan 1- Feb1: 180.0 – 177.6 (-2.4)
    Feb 1 – Mar 1: 177.6 – 170.8 (-7.6)
    Mar 3: 169.0

I slipped into the 160s again. I want to stay here for a while. According to the charts I have been using my BMI is less than 28.5 which moves me from obese to overweight. The normal range for my BMI would be less than 25.0 and I would have to weigh less than 147 pounds. Today I will celebrate "OVERWEIGHT". The long-term destination is "NORMAL" but the next milestone is 150 something.

My name is Donna. I am 63 years old and I live in the Midwest of the US. I am 5’ 5” tall. My highest weight was 253 in 2016. My MFP start weight was 235 in 2018.

Ultimate Goal Weight: 145-155 (I’ll know it when I get there!)[/b][/b][/color=green]

    Start Weight (from February 29th 2024 ): 177.0
Goal Weight: (4 pound loss) 173.0
End of Month Final Weight: xxxxx
    Total lost/gained this month: xxxxx

Weight in blue makes me blue because it’s a gain. Weight in fuchsia pink makes me feel cheery because it’s a loss. Weight in black means no change.

03/01-DNW-(Trend Weight: DNW)- No weigh Friday as I get up extra early to get grandson ready for the bus. I only weigh later if I lay back down but today I can’t. Also I take my once-per-week Fosamax on this day with 8 oz of water upon waking. Yesterday was a good clean eating day but hardly any movement or exercise so my calorie burn overall was very low. Today will probably not allow me much better. One of the new windows was put in yesterday in the bedroom and floor in bath was prepped for new sub=flooring. A flurry of activity here. Well, my friends, Its a new month. Time to “March” into better health and a more optimal weight (for most of us). Let’s go!

03/04-177.8-(Trend Weight: 179.0)- I’m doing okay for the most part. I just have to watch those night time snacks. I will say it is hard to get my fitness in with the crew that is here all day for the renovation. I’m trying to fit what I can in during the late evening but by then I’m so tired. But there is no excuse to do absolutely nothing so I am making sure I do something. I’ve also fit in a little extra strength training with arm weights.

    03/11-xxxxx-(Trend Weight: xxxxx)-
    03/18-xxxxx-(Trend Weight: xxxxx)-
    03/25-xxxxx-(Trend Weight: xxxxx)-
    03/31-xxxxx-(Trend Weight: xxxxx)-

Every healthy habit brings me closer to scratching each of these off to NEVER see them again!

Hey, I'm Crystal! ❤️ Goal for March is to be in the 160's by the 31st. Still watching macros while doing OMAD. Also plan to walk at least 5 days/week.

    5'4
    SW: 198 lbs (Oct. 2023)
    GW: 140-145 (By June, 2024)

    Feb 1st: 184.5
    Feb 7th: 183.6
Feb 14th: 182.1 (weight was 181.4 yesterday). I expected a little increase, as some ladies and I had a Gallentines party last night with all sorts of goodies and champagne 🍾
Feb 21st: 180.6 yayyy! Still loving OMAD. I think this number could have been better because I didn't put all the work in I should have. I only walked 2 times this week. Also, my sleep has been awful. If I can do better about those things then I know the loss will be better. Still satisfied though.
Feb 28th: 177.2 had a couple of very low calorie days the past week due to sickness but all is better now! Didn't get as many walks in as I planned, but I'm happy to see a good loss! (7.3 lbs lost total in February)
March 6th: 176.6 I could have done better this past week. Looking back at the week, there were a lot of social outings. Had a bunch of junk that I didn’t need. (Pizza, fries, candy, burger etc). I know these things are ok sometimes but when it's several days in a row, it doesn't do me any good. Didn't stick with Omad the whole week either, or my calorie/carb goals. The plan for this next week is to stay on track with my goals and omad.

I have a one pound gain this week. It was three pounds earlier in the week, but I managed to get back down to 319.4 by this morning's weigh-in. The only thing I did differently was switch to almond milk instead of half & half in my coffee.

I guess my body has a problem with almonds, so I switched back to half & half. Now I'm almost down to my March starting weight of 318.4 again. That just goes to show how important it is to track the food you eat. Then you can look back and see if there is a particular food that doesn't agree with you.

    SW for March - 318.4
    GW for March - 314
