Sometimes I hate my body it's annoying1

There have been times recently within the last year, that I look at working as just a huge pain in the butt, with the usual drama and without a lot of personal reward. Then other times I think to myself that same job is the most money I have made in life and it does keep my mind and body engaged. I guess I am waging war with myself as to whether or not I should retire soon...maybe I'm more afraid of losing brain power if I do.2

Have a plan. Retire with a plan of how you want to stay fulfilled. Do a checklist of what youll need in place to accomplish this new life. Travel, volunteer, visit family, contracting work out when you feel like it, hobbies, meet up groups for your interest/hobbies...so many things1 -

Self care: sleeping when I need to sleep, eating when I need to eat, toileting when I need to...you get it. It's not a bubble bath or some arbitrary beauty regimen. It is taking the time to meet my own needs in the moment.3

Maybe I talk a lot and attract talkers but on our road trip we visited friends and spent ages just talking. I can have conversations with people in grocery stores or on the street. People always talk about keeping your eyes down and not engaging with people, I think therein lies the issue. Be open to welcoming people and conversation won't be a lost art1 -
