    Jude, 67 YO, 5' 2". Highest weight 165, lowest 115.
    Started with January challenge at 147; reached my goal weight of 125 in April and now the work is to stabilize and maintain healthy eating patterns for good.

    Hey guys, Charlene here. Anniversary day! ๐Ÿ“ข๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿฅณ๐Ÿ‘ซ

    Tonight we're going to a Scooby Doo[m] murder mystery dinner theater at a local winery. Allen is dressing as Shaggy and I'm Velma. ๐Ÿ˜€ It'll be a blast.

    Height: 5'8"
    April 30th: 182.3
    Today: 183.9

    Yesterday I didn't get enough water, plus going to bed late the night before, plus a late snack of apple and peanut butter before bed, so the increase isn't a surprise.

    Today I'll try to push the water; and since we're eating out, I'll have to be careful about gluten/lactose. Our son ordered a gluten free meal for me at the winery, but sometimes people don't really check labels on things like seasoning and salad dressing, etc.

    Yesterday was rough. Went to a bowling alley/arcade where my child didnโ€™t eat his food so I did. Ate all my calories before 3pm lol. Today we are headed to an Astros baseball game and my kiddo gets to walk the field for his little league. Back to the grind tomorrow.

    Happy May everyone! ๐Ÿฆ‹ Iโ€™m Kat and I live in rural NV with my boyfriend and 5 cats. Iโ€™ve been on a slow weight loss/fitness journey since February. This monthโ€™s challenges will be heavy workload and stress at work and renovations and other projects around the house with 10 days off at the end of the month to focus completely on renovations. My main goal this month is to not burn myself out with so much going on! Mostly healthy meals, exercising when I have energy, and a healthy focus on emotional/mental health.

    5/04: 112.6 Have I escaped the consequences of travel? TBD! But my meals were overall not too bad and no snacking at all. Today will be a bit busy, but at least weโ€™re back in town. After completing my exercise goals for the week, relaxation is on the menu! ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ
    5/05: 112.8 This cold snowy day is making me want to curl up and hibernate! I'm so ready for consistent warmer weather and spending time outside again!

    May 1: 305.4 No water aerobics class today, as I was needed to watch my youngest grandchild (a 3 month old girl <3 ) while my son and his fiancรฉ took care of some phone calls with the insurance company. They were rear ended by a pickup truck yesterday, (the whole rear of their car was smashed in) and thank God they came through it with only whiplash. The baby came out without a scratch, even though the back seat and her car seat were shoved all the way into the back of the front seat. They were very, very fortunate. My husband took us out to eat afterwards to a new-to-us restaurant. The food was really good, and while I ate mostly healthy and stayed under my calories for the day, I did indulge in some breaded and fried zucchini. So we'll see what that's going to cost me, when I weigh myself tomorrow.
