    Goals for June = Half the month AF
    S-Th: AF or LA >Limit to 10 ounces (or 2 glasses) = LA
    Fr - Sa: Use my best judgment
    End-of-Month Goals
    AF = 15
    LA = 7
    A= 8

    This trend is not going well. This week was frustrating on many counts. Should not use wine to relieve the frustrations....lesson hard learned.

    AF = 1
    LA = 1
    A = 4

    @Michieb125 ~ Congrats on the weight loss! That's awesome.

    @NonnieDoiron ~ Sorry you will be experiencing so many stressful things this month. Remember to take time out for you to recharge. Kudos on your progress thus far!

    @annliz23 ~ sorry for what's going on in your life right now.🙏🏽🙏🏽

    @annliz23 such a hard time for your family right now. Take care of yourself as best as a possible and I hope you will give yourself some grace through it.

    @itladyee always love your candidness!

    I’m struggling a bit because I’m in vacay mode now! We’ll be in our nice travel trailer for over a week traveling around the PNW and I always pack plenty of both non-alcoholic choices and some wine. But LA is much easier for me when I am home and have my daily routine!

    @itladyee I feel that. Trying not to use wine as a stress reliever is hard!

    Casino last night for dinner and drinks with the SO. I wish I could figure out how to be social without the wine.

    A = 5

    @NonnieDoiron I get the store thing - I went in on Thursday to get a bottle, changed my mind and left without. But last night I apparently didn't have the same mindset and brought home a bottle. Good for you for going 6 days straight, it's inspiring.
    @annliz23 I'm sorry to hear about your husband and your son's friend. Sending hugs and good thoughts to you.
    @itladyee It seems a lot of us turn to the A in times of stress. I've been trying to think of other things to do instead. I like @NonnieDoiron 's needlework and reading hacks, good to keep the hands busy I think.
    @Michieb125 and @chicbuc, vacays and social gatherings seem to be the other things besides stress that are often drivers for drinking. Not quite sure how to get through those.

    I have had a poor start but I will try harder my sons best friend died yesterday and since 1st June we have been rushing back and forwards to the hospital, the stress has been hard to deal particularly with my husbands cancer so now I need to pull myself together and stop.

    I’m so sorry to hear you and your loved ones are going through it all! Hugs!

    Hi all, back at it for June. Started out rough- one of my husband’s close friend just died, and being emotional all week I limited to two glasses, but didn’t even try low alcohol wine or to just not drink.

    So, my review so far on the Cupcake low alcohol wine: I didn’t love the low alcohol Rose. It will do in a pinch, but I don’t think I’d buy it again. Now on to their Chardonnay…. I don’t normally love Chardonnay to begin with, so not loving this one either. So far I like the Pinot Grigio the best, but haven’t opened the Sauvignon blanc yet. . The search continues!

    Thanks @SparkSpringtime69. It’s been VERY difficult to stop myself from running to the store every night this month. I’ve been doing just about everything I can think of trying to avoid drinking and over eating. I’m coloring, knitting, trying to teach myself how to crochet (getting unbelievably frustrated with it… just not coming naturally to me), reading, scrapbooking, and I’m considering picking up my cross stitching again. But, I’m not drinking or snacking.

    AF = 6
    A = 0

    You are doing great!
