I'll be here,again, to lose the last few pounds! Logging my meal plan a week in advance and trying to stick to it, without adding a lot of sweets and snacks, seems to be working good!4

Hi everyone, I would like to join. I am back on MFP after 6 yr. I gain 30 kg, so I need this challenge.4

Hello again! I've created a 6-month challenge for the second half of this year, but I think it would be beneficial for me to also join a shorter term. 3-month challenge.
I will post my weight tomorrow, along with my scale app stats weekly tomorrow and every Sunday thereafter, until the last day, Monday, September 30th.

I'm Chris - 74 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion...
...Oh, well. I'll just keep working on it.
My husband and I are retired.
I see my trainer for 60 mins three days a week and try to walk the other four days. The walking doesn't always work out.

Hi everyone! I’m 34 years old and 164 cm (5’ 4,5”). I have a very sedentary life, since I am a PhD researcher. I work mostly from home. Sometimes I go to the gym 2-3 times in a week, but sometimes I don’t go for weeks. I don’t have a routine. I have been sick for a couple of months, it keeps me away from the gym. I’m hoping to get back soon.
