5'3" Age 73 Highest weight 165# Sept 2023
Goal weight: 129#
Did great over holidays and Jan with MFP, got down to 144# then started a new job, lots of excuses to eat, now at 148#. Not fun to gain back, and I know I am not having it as challenging as some, but I really want to be at goal weight for how it feels and how I can move and have energy.

Hi everyone, I've really slacked off and have regained several pounds over a period of several weeks. I'm jumping back in right now so I can get back on track. I hope to be within goal range of 135-140 lbs. by my 66th birthday, August 18, 2024, which is 12 weeks from tomorrow. If I don't manage that, it's okay, as long as I can get down to the lower 140's; then it will be another 5 weeks until the first day of fall. I will be posting my progress every Sunday. For tomorrow, May 26th, I will be honest and post my scale stats including my weight, no matter how much I've regained.
I am looking forward with hope and dedication to the weeks ahead!

Hi everyone, I am returning for a fresh start and a new dedication. I'm going to do some intentional activity at least five days per week for at least 20 minutes per session. I'm also going to be mindful of nutrition, to avoid most processed foods and to eliminate all alcoholic beverage consumption. My weigh-in in days will be Sundays. I will report my weekly scale stats here in order to stay accountable. This week I weighed in on Monday, but regular weigh-ins will be Sundays going forward. My goal weight is 132-140lbs.

I’m starting a bit late, but I’m in for the challenge.
Highest Weight: 256
Current Weight: 234
Goal Weight: 180
I have not been below 200 pounds for over 30 years. I’ve been hovering in the 220-230 range for the last two and a half years, and even got down to 207 in 2021. Hoping to get to goal by the end of the year. Minimally, I would like to be under 200.
I’ve been working out 3-4 days a week for the about a year, but unhealthy eating always sabotages my goals.

Been a bit MIA and will continue to be, most likely for the next couple of weeks. My pre-walkthrough is today on my new home and I close in one week and will be moving all next week. I can't wait to get settled!

Welcome @Syoharris - It's been quite sometime for me as well to see below 200. I, too, proved in the last 7 months, working out 6 times a week, that exercise alone doesn't do it. I'm an inconsistent eater. Not all bad foods but more portion control issues. Still a work in progress.

Hello everyone! I'm jumping back in here with a new Day ONE because I need a fresh start. We have six months remaining for this year and I'd like to get my weight down to 140 (BMI 25) or less by then.
My all-time highest weight was 217.0 lbs. on February 29th, 2008. My height is 5'3" and I will be turning 66 on August 18th of this year.
I will post my scale app stats weekly, beginning Monday, July 1st.
Following my first weigh-in tomorrow morning, each Sunday I will report lbs. lost for the week and lbs. lost since my restart weight on July 1st, 2024.
I will check back in tomorrow morning.
