Doctor's appointment in 3 weeks!8

My mini goal is to reach the 80-89kg bracket by the end of the month. I've been tracking for around 2 months and have lost about 7kg so far - I'd love to get back into the 80kgs to start with, as that seemed so unachievable to me not so long ago! 😲
My other "mini" goal is my friend's wedding at the end of September, as I'll be one of her bridesmaids and have yet to get a dress. 🙈 I'd love to have hit the low-80s/high 70kgs by then, but don't want to put too much pressure on myself.9 -

Well I’m at 186 lbs now (84.5 kg) and still going. It’s so funny to me that I ever thought that way 🤪 The mind plays strange tricks on us.
Once you set your sights on a (medically reasonable) goal you’re unstoppable. I’m sure you’ll be firmly back into the 80’s very soon! And congrats on your progress so far 👏😁10 -
Increase Vo2 Max. My training status says I'm at the bottom 15% for my age group. My fitness age is 75. I mean sure celebrate the victories, last month it said my fitness age is 78 so hey I'm making progress!10

To get to the 140's, currently 151.6lbs. It's taken longer to get here than anticipated but that's OK I'm getting there.10

Trying to get into the 80 kgs. Those last few 90's are hanging on.6

Getting to 198 (or less) before my hair appointment, which is my reward for being consistent at the gym and on MFP!6
-
-start (yet again for the nth time) logging regularly
-see a decline in weight for many days in a row

I’m currently just above 100kg at 100.3, so my first mini goal is to break into double digits which seems fairly doable.
I gained around 16 kg since February and only now have the bandwidth to actively start turning it around.9 -
Im back to the gym and strength training after having to take months off, following a car accident. Im so excited for the chance to see what I can do with my body and what changes I can make with this, combined with a much higher protein intake.6

99.4 kg this morning. Might still fluctuate in the coming days but I’ll take it. Setting my sights on 96.4 which is the average weight I recorded in April this year.8 -
I have been plateaued at 193 for the last 3 weeks despite a 1000 calorie a day deficit. I just want to break that damn 190 mark...lol. For whatever reason, it has been going that way for me. I plateau for a couple of weeks, then drop 5 pounds quickly. I know that it's all part of the process, but it does get frustrating sometimes.11

I have reached a milestone! I'm maintaining below 150 pounds!
I am at 147.5 pounds 67 kilos Since I haven't climbed up at all this appears to be maintaining and continuing to slowly lose. After being stuck in the 180s and 170s for so long.....I'm happy to maintain below 150 pounds for a few months. I'm only a couple of pounds from Normal Weight and so close I consider myself there! 3 pounds! I actually can't believe it!! My next goal is to lose ONE POUND AT A TIME.13 -

that’s me right now, only it’s three months! i really need to at least get close to where she was so happy last time… i had lost 50# and she almost died (i only see her for my annual.) little did i know i was beginning a six week plateau at the end of which i just gave up, gained back 20, and here we are… i even postponed my may appointment to october because…now can i lose 20(25?) in three months?7 -
Just trying to lose 25 or so pounds and build back my strength.6
-
Mini goal but kind of big…..to stop binge eating when tired, stress or bored12
-
5 pounds a month in 5 months that's 25 pounds !10
-
So after losing the first 50 pounds over 4 months prior to hip surgery... I have proved my mini goal of shhh.. don't speak it. Not entering my food into a database, not fasting.... but maintain at 250lbs for 3-4 months to prove to myself I have changed my old eating habits. So soon I'll get serious again to make the 25-30 pound push into "Overweight" for my 6' frame.7

I am starting my journey again after a bad injury stopped me.
1. Started to eat healthy, so keep my macros for low card, high protein and high fat diet.
2. Keep blood sugars under control.
3. Walk 15 mins per day incrementally increasing to 45 mins.
4. Increase step count to 8000 steps daily.
5. Setup my gym and start exercising.9 -
Mexico in a month, I want to jiggle a little less.7

Boom! Today at the gym 94.9, so I guess the next goal is 90kgs! Really happy with the progress.
I’ve been doing well too with running twice a week and two gym sessions.
I too have a Drs appointment this week and my Dr is so supportive and kind and really makes me feel heard so I’d like to make her proud!
I’ve been inconsistent with exercise the past few weeks (covid got me again and whilst not unwell I have been fatigued) but my weight has been slowly trending down so I’m hoping to be pretty close to the 90kgs (realistically I’ll probably weigh in around 91ish kgs) come weeks end 🤞

My daughter"s wedding is in October. I wanna look good for her that day.11

My daughter's wedding in a few weeks, my 1st 5k and my 40th class reunion in September.10

Get into healthy BMI so that I can start focusing on building muscles to fill up my fat Shirts and T Shirts so that I won't have to buy new dresses lol. Long goal tho.8

So I weighed in at 149.6 this morning! YAY! next mini goal 145. I just realized a few days ago that I'm within 15lbs of my final goal but as I get closer that might change. I'm just taking it a day at a time and see where I end up.10 -

My mini goal is just to maintain ( though if I lost 5 more lbs I wouldn’t be mad) and to be consistent with getting my steps in and strength training. I want to be the best, healthiest version of myself that I can9
-
I want to get off the elliptical energized and not drained while I am on my way to Onederland.4
