June was a tough month. I felt off track and over the last couple of weeks, I was eating and exercising in maintenance. I'm really pushing to get back on track in July. I have a vacation coming up at the end of August and hope to finally get back in the 100 club. It's been a while!

07/01-187.0-(Trend Weight: 186.6)-
07/07-DNW-(Trend Weight: DNW)- I feel soft, squishy and pudgy after this 4 day holiday weekend. Lots of food and celebrations. I have absolutely no desire to see the scale this morning as I know that most of the damage will be temporary weight and water weight which should resolve itself within a few days. Iβll aim for a good and honest weight next week without all the bloat.
07/14-189.4-(Trend Weight: 188.6)- DD and DGS leave this evening. That should help my daily plan. Prayers to President Trump and all the families facing loss and devastation. America needs our prayers right now. God Bless the USA.

I'm Chris - 74 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion...
...Oh, well. I'll just keep working on it.
My husband and I are retired.
I see my trainer for 60 mins three days a week and try to walk the other four days. The walking doesn't always work out.

Not doing great on the losing front with summer house renovation decisions (almost over) and some travel for funβ¦.

07/21-188.0-(Trend Weight: 188.5)- I made more progress through the week but managed to sabotage it yesterday eating lunch while out-of-town and eating too many snacks last night. Still down a tad from last week but feel like Iβm dog paddling when I could be doing breast strokes.

Good week, I was hoping for a higher loss, but a 1.2lb loss is on par with what my plan was of 1-2lbs per week and is the realistic number. With one more weigh-in officially left in the month, I'm really happy so far. I've managed to stay disciplined with my food, and found some really good lower cal, high protein meals that are awesome. Looking to finish out the month strong.5 -
