I was so craving apple strudel the other day, I put all the filling ingredients(buttery cooked apples, walnuts, chopped raisins, rum flavoring) into some spice muffin mix. They're reeallly tasty! 😋

Funny, I saw this and realised my porridge with chia seeds was getting cold. Bring it to the office in a little glass jar, boiling water, boom.

Nope. I often don't sleep well and get up hungry. I sometimes sleep very well, wake up, get busy, and forget to stop and eat. I've been sleeping well lately.
Slept well last night, but remembered to have eggs and decaf for breakfast.

For breakfast, I have a non-fat latte made with my Keurig coffee maker, sometimes a banana, and nothing else until closer to lunch. My late breakfast is boiled or scrambled eggs, toast with peanut butter, or shredded wheat cereal. I don't like to cook.

2 Jimmie dean's biscuit rollups. Yesterday was the first time I've ever seen them. I was shopping for something healthy, easy, low calorie and filling for 3am breakfast. Not great, but beats McDonald's. At 8:30 this morning. I will save them for 3am and have something better at 8am from now on.
And of course decaf with milk.
