@SModa61 and @Chapter_3: Maintenance really is the long game isn't it? Excitement gone, cockiness sets in; good habits slide. "I can have it just this time" turns into "I'll start again tomorrow".
It's very easy to lose focus. And so important not to.
@judefit1 and @chapter_3 I keep thinking "never again", and that I have it this time. If I have to congratulate myself on anything is that my "bounces" are getting smaller. Highest high was like 168, then I got into the 150's a couple times, then 140's a couple times. This time I caught it at 137. I need to stop the yo-yoing, or get the bounces even smaller.
For the first time in 43 rounds, I forgot to login this morning… I had a situation that I had to be on the phone from 6 AM to 8 AM and I totally forgot… Forgot everything… Ran out the door and just got home a little while ago!
Thoughts: “Maintenance” ?!?!?!
My strategy was/is to pursue #HSF (Healthy, Strong & Fit) as soon as I hit goal weight… my focus was to shift from from weight (the scale) to reduce my body fat % (not BMI). Talk about slow moving! Hence, the emphasis on protein, 🏋️♀️, 🚶♀️and calisthenics (Flexibility, agility, balance, and speed). The tools used to measure progress lack the instant feedback the scale provides! I’ll figure out next round how to measure progress… Maybe create new individual benchmarks to measure: total weights, vertical jump, broad jump, 50/yard dash, 1/4 mile, balancing, etc. I’ll get out my measuring tape & stopwatch! Don’t forget my basic “measurements” that should be gradually improving through training. Create a documented routine to begin the process.
Definitely want a measurable time-specific goal to “see progression” and work toward.

My appetite has been off. Bored with food I guess. I go through the day until 8-9pm before I eat. Weird, because it's mostly every day and I'm not hungry, I force myself to eat.
I know, it sounds like IF but I promise you it's not. So, I need to do better with that. I'm thinking I should just let my loss of appetite play out until I'm actually hungry.
