Infrared Sauna = Sleep!

As a lifelong insomniac, infrared saunas have helped me sleep better than anything. I’ve tried and I’ve tried it all! I started using infrared sauna as a part of my Restore package in October. Then I started going to Hotworx and using the infrared sauna yoga. I go to sleep on time (for me) and wake up early refreshed. I don’t ache anymore. It’s amazing! I highly recommend trying half an hour to hour long infrared sauna sessions and seeing if it helps reset (and detox!) to help you sleep.

I’m sorry you have been marketed to at such a crazy degree. I’m a single mom who owns a data company. I’ve been sick for 11 years and went on a search to feel better. Just sharing. I’ll leave the company names out next time. Have a great day.3

There is supporting science concerning the benefits of sunlight. Sunlight has many types of radiation like UV, the wavelength of colors and infrared and near infrared radiation. The data collected by researchers discovered that infrared radiation penetrates all the way to the nucleus of our cells causing the mitochondria to release compounds that combat free radicals in our body that are produced by oxidative stress. Many healthcare facilities have used sunlight therapy at the beginning of the 20th century. While sunlight is readily available, it is also free.2
