I love that you are breaking up your goals into much smaller goals so you can observe repeated success. I think it's fantastic that you've decided NOT to "reward" yourself with food. Very wise!

That said, if you have some time you might look in on some research on wearing Crocs all the time. I have a pair, and I wear them often. Not in winter. They're great on river trips; I can leave them near the boat and put them on to wade out and climb aboard so my "dry" sandals stay dry and don't get coated with sand. The research I'm aware of may not apply to us because we are adults; however I did hear on NPR that Crocs aren't good for kids to wear exclusively. They can inhibit proper foot development and lead to hammer toe. Get the pink Crocs, but maybe wear some "real" shoes part of the time.

You can read the NPR story from October if you want all the details.

Thanks. I also wear flip flops a lot (probably not good), and I have a pair of hiking boots. I brought some second hand sports shoes online but have been avoiding wearing them because I think they might give me blisters and I don't want to regret my purchase, lol, perfectly logical thinking.

I was locked out of group I think. @313.0 today. Up 4 lbs from Thurs. Best guess is the low wasn't real or I'm retaining a lot of water. LOL. I left in December for PH at 312 so i'll still take it. I haven't been on track. Getting back to it.

You weren't locked out of the group. There was a bug in the software so if you tried to navigate here from your alerts, it gave an error. I got that too. You could go through the category list and get to this thread, but that was the only way. I reported it a few weeks ago. It was pretty much limited to this thread. It looks like they finally fixed it.

When you think there's something wrong, please submit a help ticket so staff can put it on their list. They WILL get it fixed! It may take a while, but they really do get to it.
