Thanks @SummerSkier ! You are really piling up the mileage so far this year.

@Teresa502 I'm glad that you didn't have any damages from the flooding. Now for the snow! Low energy seems to be a theme right about now. Weather? Body fighting germs trying to make us sick? Change in temps for you? I hope you feel better today.

Nice job with the weight training and run @Laurz9191 . I'm surprised at how much I like weight training.

Glad you were able to get in a run @ContraryMaryMary . Sounds like you are recovering well.

@brnlow What part of FL are you in? I usually go down a couple of times a year to visit with my family - they are all in Palm Bay. I have also been running the T-Minus 10 mile race in Dec on Cape Canaveral. Not sure if I am going to this year or not.

So funny about the Garmin comments @martaindale and @Laurz9191 . Mine is telling me I am maintaining.

Sorry about your foot @tarun_yadavA . I hope the doctor can give you and answer.

Great interval workout on the treadmill this morning @Laurz9191 . Garmin never gets my pace right on the treadmill either. I'm sure it would if I had a foot pod, but I'm not that interested. I just use the distance and time on the treadmill and calories on my watch.

Very sorry to hear your foot is still giving you trouble @tarun_yadavA. Hopefully your appointment Thursday will offer a solution. Maybe time for a new insole?

Curious question to those of you with a Garmin watch:
Where/how does your Garmin give you feedback about your productivity? Does your watch do it, or is the info on the connect app?

I may have a Garmin that’s too old/simple to do that. Or maybe I need to adjust some settings.

It's a widget that you can scroll through but it also shows up as a part of the data after you finish a run. I'm assuming it's on the app, but I don't really use the app much. My old watch didn't do it so it's certainly possible yours just doesn't have that feature if you're using an older watch.

In any case, I don’t “need” its approval. Good thing too, because I don’t often get it.
We humans have your back here on the thread. Nothing better than that!

Sorry to hear this is persisting. It sounds good you're getting some professional outside help in figuring it out, to hopefully catch it and end it.

I'm pretty sure on the Garmin Connect app is where they give you some daily feedback. I just saw you on my new fledgling fitbit experiment group. It's a snails pace (like me)

Very consistent @Mari33a ! I love my treadmill when the weather is yucky.

@daria0919 When I scroll through the items on my watch, it has a training status. It's also on the Garmin Connect app under Performance stats.

@martaindale Glad you found a safe route to run today.

@chris_in_cal I hope you keep improving and can run again soon.

@SummerSkier Great job on the brick legs 4 miler today. Stay safe in the storm. It's supposed to hit here tonight/early morning. Your comment about rebelling against machines made me think of "I Robot." I just saw that movie again the other day.

Hahaha @tarun_yadavA . You are hilarious. Looks like you needed that one extra step today to make 4.00 miles. .

@Teresa502 - What part of FL were you in? I'm down here in the sunshine state.

Hey there! I was in Palm Beach which I am really missing now as I sit looking out my window watching the snow coming down! What part are you visiting?

    @WarmJellyfish
The cure for the common upper respiratory infection is to look at the calendar, note the date two weeks out from when you first noticed the symptoms, then increase your rest and wait.
Like clockwork, I'm glad you're back to moving around. Take it easy. 100% should be soon.
