Do you know how to lose a stubborn pound

I’ve been stuck at 103 for so long, I won’t lose the pound but I’ve been doing everything right

Are you able to share a bit more about your starting point, current position, goals, methods and all that? The usual stuff: height, age, gender, starting weight, current weight, timelines, deficit applied, results so far etc3

Unless you are less than 5 feet tall, it could be that 103 is the right weight for you. At 5’ that’s a BMI of 20.1.

103 is just a meaningless number without knowing your height and how much you want to lose.
I agree with the response that 103 could be right for you. Or if you are taller than 5 feet 103 may be underweight.0 -
I'm 5 foot and 103 would be underweight for me. I'm at 131 and I'm more comfortable around 127-128. I do work out a lot and lift weights which probably is why my weight is on the higher end.
During my ED years I quit getting periods after I got below 108. Definitely not healthy time of my life.4 -

I’m so frustrated! I’ve been stuck at 147 for weeks. I’m 5’5” and 67 years old. I added steps to my regular workouts and have gained weight! I want to be 138 by May 1. I eat about 1600 calories a day - varied items. Any suggestions?

Weight loss by a date is usually doomed to fail. But it seems your maintenance calories are lower than 1600. You would need to lose 1 pound a week to make your goal and at your weight, you simply aren't going to do that. Try subtracting 100 calories off your daily intake each week and see at what point the scale moves. But the best thing for you to do before May 1st is change your thinking.
