I don't know why? I live in the city now. Retired. Often wake up about 4am HANGRY. Sugar blood tests all good. Dr. Doesn't suspect pre-diabetic. Have tried protein at bedtime. Don't know. Not caused by cutting calories. Happens when I'm eating more.

A 4 egg omelet with left over chicken thigh meat, shallots, mushrooms, diced red pepper, peperoncino, real cheddar with my go to arugula, red onion, campari tomato, goat feta, evoo salad with some maldon and fresh pepper, with some San Pellegrino finished with an espresso. 😀 One of my classic keto meals.

Nothing easy at home, so of course Wendy's for a biscuit and coffee.
Good, but too many calories. It makes the rest of the day hard unnecessarily. I need to do better at always having something easy available for breakfast. Also, almost anything and everything made at home is healthier than almost anything and everything fast food.
