A me problem. No one's ever been jerky to me but....
All the good machines are at the back of the gym, where all the elite gym bros are at. I feel intimidated, like I'm in their way and have to be quick lol.0 -

I’m sure they are more than happy to see you back there getting after it.1 -

I’m relieved that the family business crisis has been resolved.
Worrying about it has consumed my thinking for weeks and I’m mentally spent.
More than a little put out with my ex but I’ll let it go because that’s the only thing to do.

Woolly mice designed to engineer mammoth-like elephants - BBC News
I find this troubling on many levels, my primary concern is that it might be cruel to the mice; nobody seems to be questioning if it's okay to casually mess with their perfectly balanced thermal equilibrium.
And that's before we even go into the ethics of genetic engineering in the first place, I say this as somebody who worked in genetic testing for years; I'm not anti science, but this isn't curing cancer - bringing back the woolly mammoth is a morally dubious vanity project that satisfies curiosity more than it advances meaningful science.
...but all the vacuous comments about it on social media are either about how cute the mice are or how cool it would be to revive mammoths.2 -
I can’t understand what the benefit would be to creating mammoths.
We can’t even protect the elephants that have managed to stay alive.Seems a waste of money and intellect to me.

First day back using MFD in many years. I’ve recently been using Noom it was ok but no better than this app and you pay. I tried it because my ins. Covered part of the cost. I’m back…would like to loose minimum 15 pounds. I’m at 158.. Time for part 2 of the health journey. Part 1 was 15 years back. 195 to 155. Never quite made that goal weight but from an exercise aspect am still consistent 4-6 days a week for minimum 45 minutes.
Happy hour is the death of me. Need to concur this habit.
