            Did I meet my first mini goal? Yes, I did! 6.2 pounds in the first month. I just hope I can keep the momentum up as we head into the Holiday Season. When I first joined this challenge I was concerned about setting a goal, I felt like it was going to add to much pressure. But I think it's working, I'm just taking it one day at a time.

            I remember that feeling when I went from the 200 wt to the 150 wt. Can't wait until I get to use the 100wt. Congrats to you.
 Great work.So you know how doctor's office scales have those things on the lower part....you know to put it on 50, 100, 150, and 200....and then the smaller slider on top for individual pounds? We have a scale like this at work, and I'm happy to say I was finally able to stop putting the bottom slider on 150 and can now put it on 100 and then move on to the smaller slider :bigsmile:0

            Outside, it's a chilly, gray, damp, depressing Monday AM here in NJ.....but I stepped on the scale and it was warm and sunny in my bathroom! Another 3 lb down! This is especially good since yesterday all my kids, their spouses, the granchildren, and my parents were here and I cooked for everyone....bruschetta, lasagna, chicken parm, oven roasted vegetables, cheese bread, salad, cookies and a birthday cake (choc/vanilla cake with buttercream icing and custard w/strawberry filling) for my son and 1 of my grandsons.
 Yes, I did eat everything, even the cake, but mostly I loaded my plate with salad. Good thing I love salad! 
 Oh....and I sent all the leftovers home with my kids so I'm not tempted today!
 BTW....another thing I'm celebrating....for my height 5'6.5".....I needed to get down to 188.4 to be "overweight". Woo-hoo! Happy dance! I'm overweight! 
 Congratulations to all the losers this week! Let's go Hubbas...on to another week! Let's make it a good one! :flowerforyou:
