so i went to jenny craig on thurs 9/29 and had measurements take....here are my starting measurements for october but i was down 6.5 inches since april over those 4 areas...

Not sure what happened but I'll take it. I would think I'll be up next week... a common pattern with my body. Big loss is followed by immediately gaining about half of it back and then slowly losing again.
And I usually weigh myself just on Monday mornings. I've been having crappy eating weekends, so this weekend I weighed myself Saturday morning and saw that big loss. that was a HUGE motivator to not eat like crap for the rest of the weekend. I wanted to keep that loss!0 -

Hello all! Today is my first day back from vacation. I'm showing a gain of 0.4. Everyone seems to be sick right now! My husband and I both caught what everyone else had and were sick by the 3rd day. So there has been some comfort food eating and not much tracking. I don't think I have really gone over calories too much, but I haven't been paying attention to carbs or salt. Hopefully I can kick this soon! But on to healthy eating... I look forward to next weeks loss! I took off my mini goals because I didn't make it to my first one - but will reassess those next week. My head is too fogged up with cold medicine to figure it out today. :flowerforyou:
