Hour commitment - I won't eat again until after 5 pm. None of the same foods at dinner as at lunch. Can still have my dose of metamusal.

Hi JFT friends! I hope everyone had an enjoyable holiday. The last couple of weeks have been busy ones with a couple of birthdays, Easter festivities, and the grandkids' spring break. I had a couple of days off because my early college classes were also on break, so we went on a mini road trip with the older grandkids to spend time my father-in-law, visit the pandas at the National Zoo, and drop in to see my sister in VA. Good company, good food, and lots of fun! This past weekend, we hosted back-to-back birthday and Easter festivities which involved lots of cooking and baking. No logging, but I tried to make reasonable food choices, got some exercise, and packed up most of the leftovers to send home with the guests. Now it's time to get back on track.
I'm so far behind on reading posts, but I'm sending hugs and good wishes to all!

- Up at 5am ❌
- Devotions/Bible Study ✔️ Yes, but on the bus. At home is much better. I don't like bus devotions.
- Bus by 7:10am ✔️
- Remember that it is Wednesday! ✔️❌ I know it's Wednesday, but it doesn't feel like a Wednesday
- Stay calm/stress free at work ✔️
- Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate ❌
- Eat well balanced meals ✔️
- Remember it's Wednesday to eat before church ✔️
- Church ✔️
- Work on Taking Time to Change ✔️
- In bed by 10pm ❌ I got watching YouTube. I didn't need to do that. Then I got doomsday scrolling Facebook
I was in bed by 10:30pm, but got up as it was nagging me that I hadn't washed my dishes or pre-packed my lunch or finished my food diary for the day. So since I couldn't sleep and am not the least bit tired, I got up and did all that, and am posting on here. Now I am going back to bed (after 11pm now) and trying to fall asleep.

- Up by 5am
- Devotions/Bible Study at home
- Bus by 7:10am
- Stay calm/stress free at work
- Hydrate!! Fill that little glass on my food record
- Eat well balanced meals
- Stay withing 50 calories of my goal
- RUN ON MY LUNCHBREAK
- Laundry
- Watch Quiet the Noisy Soul
- Prepare visuals for JOY Club
- Practice piano
- Try to be in bed by 9:30pm, no later then 10pm

@happydonkey75 - glad your knee isn’t injured. I find the older I get the more weird things happen with my body too. Our life span is increasing, too bad they couldn’t figure out a way to slow the deterioration too.
Walked again today, a little longer, a little slower, I’m trying to work up slowly so I don’t get anything aching and hurting because then I just give up and once I’ve done that it takes me forever to get back at it to try again.
