Seedtastic bread, almond butter, and just a whiff of strawberry jam. So good! I may have another for lunch!

Bought some frozen egg,sausage, cheese sandwiches.
The egg worked instead of bread. The sausage wasn't as good as homemade. The cheese was the perfect amount—held everything together and added good texture, but was bland. In other words, something I need to figure out how to prep at 🏡

4 eggs and 4 strips of home made black pepper bacon and 1 cup organic 10% plain yogurt with about 1 cup of some ground berries and blueberries.

Get yourself some pork belly and if it still has the skin on, you'll want to remove that or ask the butcher. Apply a dry rub which is based in salt and brown sugar, vacuum pack it and in the fridge let it sit for about 7 days flipping it once a day.
Remove and wash off the rub in a few changes of water, place on a wire rack uncovered and back in the fridge overnight to dry and firm up.
Using either a splice grinder and if you have a burr grinder use that and reduce the whole fresh black pepper to a medium to larger grind and with latex gloves rub the black pepper well into the surface and I mean well on all surfaces of both sides.
Smoke the pork belly for 2 to 4 hours which depends on the thickness and how much smoke you want at about 190 F until an interior temp of around 150 degrees. I like hickory but have used maple and apple.
Allow to cool, slice and enjoy. 😀

Large coffee with half and half, one mozzarella cheese stick, Chobani Greek yogurt drink (mixed berries flavor), 8 macadamia nuts, and a homemade whole wheat/oat bran buttermilk muffin with dried cranberries in it.
I'm road-tripping as a passenger with a driver who enjoys making the decisions. 😉😆 This morning's decision was breakfast from a Speedway gas station's convenience store, except I'd made the muffins and brought them from home.

I had a cup of coffee w/2 tbsp. half & half, and a small container of 2% fat Good Culture cottage cheese with chives added last night.

My idea of cooking is: open the can, dump in a pan, heat, eat straight from the pan.
Occasionally I get fancy. But I WON'T be making bacon. LOL!

Ate the last of the sockeye salmon, about 7 oz's, with some chimichurri 2 poached eggs and a few campari tomatoes and some avocado. Also a double expresso and some sparling water from some mountain across the big pond.
