I’ve not done the kneeling good mornings - but do use the smith machine standing - do you find kneeling gives a better ham stretch ?

I’ll give a try - I’m thinking of eliminating barebell squats altogether because of low back issues - I’ve switched to smith machine squats a year ago and it helped a little but man I still tweak it from time to time - but I’m not competitive power lifting so there’s other ways to train legs - better a hurt ego than back tho I spose
