            So far: black tea with 2 T each milk and half & half, a fried egg, and two Italian style meatballs (I'm also prepping dinner in the Insta pot at the moment). Second breakfast: 100 g plain Greek yogurt with mango and 2 Brazil nuts. Total calories: 433. 0

            Thanks for asking. This morning I rose early toake a soft boiled egg, 2 slices of center cut bacon, 1 piece of toast from low carb bread, and a shake made with black berries Greek yogurt and non dairy unsweetened coconut milk. I also enjoyed a glass of unsweetened iced tea. Breakfast is my gift to myself. 2

            Went out for breakfast after a doctor's appointment: Roasted rosemary potatoes topped with veggies (broccoli, tomato, mushrooms, caramelized onions), feta cheese, and scrambled eggs; the ketchup I need with breakfast potatoes 😆; buttermilk biscuit with honey; coffee with half and half. A nice treat! 4

            Every morning I have a 90 calorie Greek yogurt from Aldi. I add a handful of roasted peanuts. It has 13 g of protein, and with the peanuts, I'm full until the afternoon. 4

            Ham and tomato biscuit,along with a cup of cardamom tea (1.5 tsp of sugar and 2 tsp of 2% milk added). Something simple before work. 2

            Still doing my Quaker Oatmeal Squares with a banana and 2% lactose free milk. I then take a walk and have a decaf chai tea latte, iced, with the same milk. I buy the concentrate at the grocery and get multiple lattes for the price of one at the cafe. Plus, it is hard to find decaf chai at a cafe. 3

            Finished off some sashimi raw tuna mixed with diced avocado, cherry tomato's, garlic chives and basil with some of my good evoo with some lemon. Also some sparkling from a rock formation in some distant land. 😁 2

            Couldn't sleep, went to the gym at 5:45 am. After my workout there I ate a Pure Protein bar (200 cal) then a serving of thin dipped chocolate almonds (170 cal). Black tea with half and half at my favorite coffee shop (50 cal). I'll eat a fruit (@ 80 cal) once I get back home. That should hold me for a few hours. 0
