Jules, you’re progressing very well. You lost 32 lbs in only 2 1/2 months. You should be proud of yourself. That’s quite an accomplishment. At the rate you’re going, you’ll probably reach your short-term weight goal of 275 by the first week in August. I wouldn’t be surprised. 😀 👍

Today’s weigh in-
Starting weight: 317.6 lbs
Current weight: 284.6 lbs
Only .8 lbs down from last week. For a total weight loss of 33lbs.
While I’m not thrilled about such a low amount lost, it still is in the right direction! I was a little worried this week because I went away for a girl’s weekend, had a few alcoholic drinks, and strayed from my diet more than I’d like to. I kept getting my exercise in so at least I didn’t gain weight this week! This upcoming week my goal is to stay in line with my diet, work out really hard and lose over 4.6lbs and say goodbye to the 280’s forever!!!5 -

[I would have rather switched YESTERDAY's weight (204.8 lbs) for today! Because I didn't overeat, I know it's just a little more water 'sloshing' around my middle, that didn't get evaporated overnight !!! 🤨]
