I thought we were starting with October 2nd? That way the week is Sunday-Saturday. A lot of people are logging their calories for the 1st so now I'm very confused. (And I did nothing yesterday, so I'm really hoping we start today, the 2nd!) Do we count Saturday the 1st or start with Sunday the 2nd?
Today I burned 720 calories doing 60 minutes of walking, 30 minutes of strength training, and 30 minutes of yoga.

Those calorie burns are super impressive. I really need to get into spinning. I have a stationary bike at home but the resistance is non-existent so it's barely a workout, and the recumbent bikes at the gym have seats that tilt so I'm always sliding out! Maybe I'll try the upright bike, because I want some calorie burns like that!0 -
