    πŸŽƒπŸŽƒπŸŽƒπŸŽƒπŸŽƒ 10/07-DNW ↔️ (Trend Weight: DNW) I’m in a real slump. Handyman is finally coming back today to hopefully start or plan a new project. Trying to pull it together here. I’ve been so busy between yard work and babysitting that the house is a mess and I have no energy to change that. I’m usually pretty tidy and organized so this is uncharacteristic of me. It’s probably crash & burn sugar responses with those foods I am not even supposed to eat. Standing in my truth today no matter how difficult the reflection is. See you all tomorrow.

    I'm going to try to get at least three days of activity, mixing strength and walking/jogging.

    Hi all. After 18 days of perfect caloric intake I stuffed it yesterday for Toblerone. I also gained again but at least this time it was deserved. I’m still in 106 range which I hadn’t been since beginning of 2025 so it’s not too devastating but still disappointing.
