This is the week in which my original running weekly goal would hit the 170βs for the 1st time this round. Itβs nice to be this close again as it makes me hopeful that I can get there. In the words of Paul Ankaβ¦.βSo closeβ¦So Close and yet so far.β (To the younger folks out there, heβs a singer and thatβs in one of his songs). In the words of another great old song, βHang on Sloopy, Sloopy hang on!β

πππππ 10/13-181.2 β (Trend Weight: 183.9) Man, oh, Man did my self-sabotage ever kick in Last Night! Scale was okay today but will it show up tomorrow? Iβve got to have a very compliant day today. I must prove to my body that I respect it and will not make THAT the norm. Also, Iβm traveling Wednesday back to my accountant near Lake Huron. Lunch will be out and I MUST keep it reasonable. I really want to touch the 170βs and then get that magic 7 in place!

πππππ 10/14-181.4 β (Trend Weight: 183.7) Iβm a little disappointed with the uptick after such a great day. But I guess I can expect that with no morning TMI. I found myself satisfied with less food yesterday than what was on my pre-log. I ended up not eating some of the planned sides and less of the snacks too so I ate way below my calories and carbs. However, that made me miss some of the planned protein. I guess I need to eat the important stuff first.

Ultimate Goal: 165 lbs or wherever I feel best! I donβt feel good at all now.
overall healthy ππΌ starting to feel a little achey in my knee which is scary.Some new habits Iβm wanting to acquire is walking at least 8000 steps daily. Drinking lots of water. Taking time to get out in nature. Sleeping 8 hours. Laughing daily & stretching for mobility. Adding in more protein. Attempting to stop binge eating before bed.
Glad to be here! Any advice, tips, tricks or encouragement is welcome ππΌThanks for having me!

I found myself satisfied with less food yesterday than what was on my pre-log. I ended up not eating some of the planned sides and less of the snacks too so I ate way below my calories and carbs. However, that made me miss some of the planned protein. I guess I need to eat the important stuff first.
πππππ 10/15-182.6 β (Trend Weight: 183.6) Boy, do I EVER have every excuse in the book today for the weight increase. Dinner AFTER midnight. Up 3 hours early for travel today so a very early weigh-in. A little over 3 hours of sleep. Did I mention that I didnβt EXACTLY stick to my pre-logged food since the entire day was askew? I probably wonβt weigh tomorrow due to the travel and the havoc that causes me. I will need at least 24 hours to let the dust settle. So I got my 2024 tax package back from the accountant today. My refund from Federal will cover what I owe the State taxes and I can pay that immediately online on Michigan.gov even though the Federal refund will likely take months, especially with the government shut down. But at least the Fed refund will cover the state bill. Is that what they mean by βrobbing Peter to pay Paul?β. Ha!
