    10/01 – 183.0 ↔️ (Trend Weight – 183.9)

    10/02-185.2 ❌ (Trend Weight: 184.0) Pizza last night which is something I just don’t eat or crave often. It’s my son’s Favorite so we went and took advantage of a Wednesday special. It was Incredibly good so no regrets. Part of this weight increase is probably still the travel weight since I only gave myself a 24 hour buffer before weighing. So….here I go, chasing my own tail again. No worries, I always catch it. It just sets me back time-wise. Nothing I can’t handle though. DGS and DD arrive today until Sunday night. I’m going to ask her not to fill my candy bowl with her Halloween chocolates.

    πŸŽƒπŸŽƒπŸŽƒπŸŽƒπŸŽƒ 10/03-184.2 βœ… (Trend Weight: 184.1) I woke up to loud buzzing coming from the back of my main refrigerator and the food in my freezer beginning to melt. The door was shut all the way so there is some sort of problem. Fridge seems okay so far but monitoring. It is somewhat β€œfancy” and expensive though not new. I don’t need to spend $$$ on a new one right before this expensive dental work coming up, not to mention the Holidays! My son is an appliance repair person so I’m hoping he will fit me in his schedule soon. Fingers crossed it can be fixed! He does not live near me and he stays so busy because we are lacking almost all skilled trades in upper Michigan within 100 miles of me in all 4 directions. So frustrating!

    It’s Friday! I decided to weigh anyway (although it is a late weigh-in) because one of my challenges has a week ending today and is thirsty for fresh numbers. I just don’t know how accurate this is for comparison. It was a great dietary day yesterday although I took a rest day from intentional exercise. Today I need to get in some movement!

    Goals: lose the weight and maintain, build functional strength!

    October SW: 155lbs, 5'5"

    End 2025 weight: 143 lbs

    Goal Weight: ~135 lbs, my lowest adult weight was 126lbs but I was running a lot and had a stricter diet. I'd like a bit more strength in the end.

    10/02: 155 lbs

    10/04: 151.2 lbs This number feels better for me, even though I still have work to do. I've been eating a ~1600-1900 calorie diet the past few days, so I think I'll stick with that as long as it works. I reduced end of year goal by 2 lbs because that seems doable with the new numbers.

    πŸŽƒπŸŽƒπŸŽƒπŸŽƒπŸŽƒ 10/04-186.0 ❌ (Trend Weight: 184.2) I had a pretty bad glucose drop yesterday. This can be common with a diabetic but it hasn’t happened to me in a bit. Of course, I shoveled all food in sight quickly in for as long as it took to get my head above water and no longer be drowning. The instinct is Never To Sink. Afterward there is always the sadness and regret but it’s too late. I had not waited too long to eat and my prior meal was enough and was good so I don’t always understand. Onward and Forward and hoping for a better day today.

    All fixed today. Thanks for thinking of me! Ice on the fan. Once he took it apart it didn't even need a part. Back panel was loose which probably caused it. All good now!

It had ice build up in the fan due to the back panel being loose. No $$$ for parts and free labor from son so I finally got a $$$ break. Have a great Sunday everyone!
