πππππ 10/21-185.2 β (Trend Weight: 183.8) Dang, dang and triple dang! Last night at 6:00 pm I went to the book club meeting and a birthday girl brought dinner and cupcakes for us all. Another brought cute little boxes filled with home baked goods. The meal wasnβt any bigger than a βnormalβ non-dieting person would eat. However, way to many calories and carbs for my plan right now. Itβs amazing how I can slide up & down between 181.X and 185.X so easily. I truly hate that a βregular mealβ can do this much damage although I know all the reasons for it. Iβm not stepping out of my house today (except maybe to plant a few bulbs). No stores, absolutely no restaurants although I must admit that I have a dinner date with a friend tomorrow for a restaurant with something new on the menu that everyone is raving about. Nothing fancy but something I havenβt had in years. Weβll see how I feel about it after weighing in tomorrow. I hate to cancel last minute but I will reschedule if that scale doesnβt go down some in the morning.

πππππ 10/22-184.6 β (Trend Weight: 183.9) Yesterday was one of those horrific sugar craving days where I had to pour a little sugar on a saucer and dip my wet finger into it every now and then to keep from bingeing on anything I could dig up thatβs sweet (or drive to buy it). Sometimes I have to use the finger dip with salt too. It just depends on the cravings. Back in my 253 lb days I would have just simply eaten a whole tsp or TBSP strait off the spoon to fulfill my need. I have retrained myself over the years to just a wet fingertip amount. Progressβ¦.

Body keeps trying to gain weight. I gave in yesterday and at a block of chocolate and some potato chips. 2 bad days for the month is not that bad - for me itβs really good. I swam 52 minutes also. Exercise is only happening twice a week but itβs better than twice a month!

Sometimes I have to use the finger dip with salt too. It just depends on the cravings. Back in my 253 lb days I would have just simply eaten a whole tsp or TBSP strait off the spoon to fulfill my need. I have retrained myself over the years to just a wet fingertip amount. Progressβ¦.
πππππ 10/23-186.4 β (Trend Weight: 184.2) I went out for that dinner with friend yesterday to try the new menu option(s). I am full of regret today. Weight is really up for the week and the food was not worth it. In fact, it wasnβt even that good. It also interfered with my normal exercise time so my whole day was just unproductive and did absolutely nothing to further my dreams or my goals. DD and DGS arrive today starting with the school bus at 3:30. They will be here an extra day this week and wonβt be leaving until Monday night. If nothing else came out of this, I hope, at the very least, that saying βnoβ to all the things in DDβs totes and backpack will be easier this weekend based on how I feel in this moment.

πππππ 10/24-DNW (Trend Weight: DNW) No Weigh Friday. It was a good day yesterday on the dietary front. However, no exercise except running like a chicken with my head cut off. Iβll try to fit it in today but Iβm never sure what the day brings when DD and DGS are here. Handyman has finally been back the last couple of days. Itβs been like pulling teeth to get him here. This place is now a piled up mess again but progress is definitely being made.
