My continuing goals: Drink more than 64 oz of water, 25+ grams of fiber, and 100+ grams protein.

10/24-DNW (Trend Weight: DNW) No Weigh Friday. It was a good day yesterday on the dietary front. However, no exercise except running like a chicken with my head cut off. Iβll try to fit it in today but Iβm never sure what the day brings when DD and DGS are here. Handyman has finally been back the last couple of days. Itβs been like pulling teeth to get him here. This place is now a piled up mess again but progress is definitely being made.

I was definitely influenced by my DD but itβs me that needs to keep my hands in my pockets. She doesnβt push anything on me or even encourage me. Weβve had our talks and I will definitely have to take the blame. The day before was really good and probably saved me. Iβm planning a good day today but feel like I need to carefully plan. I just canβt let hunger become an issue when the answer is food and all the bad foods are all around me and well within my reach on weekends. Good decisions are my plan.

The good thing is that my meals continue to be good or I would really be doomed. I donβt need a daylight to dark plan. I need a daylight THROUGH dark plan. Iβm eating this garbage late at night after a healthy compliant day. Double Whammy! Definitely some self-sabotage sprinkled in with addictive cravings. What a way to undo such carefully planned great days!

πππππ 10/27-183.8 β (Trend Weight: 184.0) This is a late weigh-in as I had my DGS this morning and was up very early for the school bus. Then I layed back down for some precious sleep. Basically the same schedule as Fridays. I will also have him again next Friday through Monday due to DDβs work schedule temporary change. So Iβm not sure how accurate this is but it was a good day yesterday for sure. Except no exercise again which made 3 or 4 days in a row. Heβs kept me on my toes though so Iβm not sure if that counts. I did some raking and burning too.
