    I was in the same boat yesterday too. Too much stuff to stress about. I dont know about anyone else, but in my office, Friday's are the WORST! I'm glad it's a new day.

    Happy Weekend, Team Hidden Treasures!

    I'm feeling the Week 1 upswing today, and did a 5K this morning with my S.O. Still on the Plan B challenges, and my arms are appreciating it! ;) Also good on water and calories today.

    Beautiful weather, beautiful weekend, and a beautiful bunch of lady pirate teammates! Enjoy the day, all!

    Just checking in quickly...back to room painting and running back and forth catching glimpses of the Buckeyes annihilate the Huskers...yessssssssssssssssssssss....had to get my food and exercise logged anyway before I lost count on a day!!

    Successful days yesterday AND today with the food, water and exercise!! Completed and completed with a smile!! :bigsmile:

    Hopefully, I can be back more tomorrow (although we have to go to the mtns to get Bim's senior pics taken, so I WILL be gone more than on again!) Guess I have to go to work to be able to play on here!! haha!!

    Water goal met (and still drinking)
    Did Plan A only today - had a family party
    Ran/walked 2 miles

    If you look at my food diary, please do not think that I ate ALL that food at lunch!! :noway: We had a family party, and as they go for hours, it was both my lunch and dinner!! :laugh:

    This morning's weight was 135.2, actually UP a little from last week. That makes this salty wench ANGRY! :angry:
