I'm about to pop in my disc to do L1D1! I'm sure I won't be nearly as excited in about 35 minutes...hahaha. My arms JUST stopped being sore from my workout Friday, and I know they'll be sore again tomorrow.
Oh well... No pain, no gain (or loss)!0 -
I'm on my 3rd day, going to do it once I've got my kids into bed because I didn't get up early enough to do it this morning. Feeling really sore but I can already feel myself getting stronger and I can actually feel muscle under my fat arms! I was such a weakling before starting this so I can't wait to get to the end and see the results if I'm already noticing differences now!

Just finished day 1... during the punches, I aimed for Jillian's head. Cursed her out a few times, too. LOL. Man... I can see why people get results after 30 straight days of this! Not easy, but it'll be worth it!
I'm also scared what level 2 and 3 might look like LOL.0 -
If it's not too late I want in! I have started it a couple of times and quit after a couple of days. This time I will do it through! I need the strength and ab work!

Did day 1 today! Even got my hubby to do with me. He barely made it through lol. I was laughing at him. I took my measurements but will post them tomorrow since I'm too lazy to get up right now. I also started c25k today, so I will also be running three times a week and maybe some other jm DVDs if I feel like it. I love her killer buns and thighs DVD. So I will probably do that a couple times a week too.

I peaked at levels 2 and 3 and honestly they seemed easier....but that could be the "really could your assistants be any perkier?" syndrome I seem to have!0
