    Even the miles you walk on your job?

    I personally don't log those miles, I only log the walks and runs that I set out to raise my heart rate, but its up to you. The point of the challenge is get us up, motivated and working towards a goal. So if you can track how many miles at work that's awesome and it motivates you to move more, kick butt!

    2.6 miles today! Went a little farther on my walk - getting up for early morning runs is super difficult! Keep going everyone!

    I have yet to reach the 15 miles :indifferent: , but each week that I try I get closer and closer to the goal :happy: . I will eventually accomplish this and so will you :bigsmile: !

    Today did 3 miles on the arc trainer so i am at 7 :D

    3.2 walk today. Total 7.8 so far this week. I'm thinking I will get 20 or 21 total walking/running.

    Thanks, I'm training for a half Marathon, so most of it's not by choice lol :D

    I know it's practically mid-week but is it too late to get in on this?

    I jogged 4.4 miles on Sunday, walked 3.8 Monday and ran 3.8 this morning making a grand total of 12 miles so far! Trying to keep motivated for spring Marathon season - huzzah!
