:grumble: grrrrrr....I know I shouldn't be surprised, but I gained a pound. I am at 171 this week. Hoping for big results next week....I did exercise alot this week, but didn't eat very well. Oh well gonna keep moving forward, shaking this off and not gonna let it get me down!0

Hope y'all had a great weekend!! I went to the zoo Saturday with my husband for a company picnic. We also rescued a basset hound puppy! (See profile picture) So Sunday was all about playing with the new fella, George, and our other Basset Hound, Watson. It was a great weekend!
However, I'm feeling my motivation slipping just a tad. I don't know if it's because I didn't eat super great this weekend, or if I've been a little short on exercise... I just don't know. But it needs to come back-- and pronto!

Well, I guess it was bound to happen at some point My first gain since I started back here on MFP on July 10th. I'm up 1.1#'s this week. But... it's really no surprise. I haven't been logging my food and keeping myself accountable. For a moment, I was tempted to log my weight from yesterday which was 191.1, which would have been a 0.4 loss. But I would have been lying to myself, and further avoiding accountibility. So, my number one goal this week is to:
LOG MY FOOD INTAKE.

Still hanging on! haha I'm moving at a snail's pace. I could use the excuse of my husband's birthday last night, right? Steak, twice baked potatoes, cake, etc. Although I did only have a little bit and lots of salad!

I'm quite disappointed & confused by the weight gain! I had a really good week, I went out walking 3 days last week for over an hour, my calories were right where they should be. . . . I guess there's always next week.

Thanks for all the Thanksgiving Day wishes :blushing:
I did manage to walk 35 mins on Sunday and did 25 mins.
of weights today.
Friday and Saturday my eating was controlled by
what the family made for lunches and dinners.
My daughter decided to cook for us on Sunday for the
Thanksgiving Day meal and since she is a vegetarian
it was a vege meal and dessert was low cal. :bigsmile:
So here is my weight for this week * 173.8 *
I hope to do better next week with no distractions.

Okay! I'm finally headed in the right direction!
I notice that there is a lot of "which thread" confusion for this challenge, is it possible that we could just let the thread roll over when it gets to 500 posts as opposed to starting a new thread each week? This seems to work for other challenges. Just my two cents in the interest of trying to be helpful. :flowerforyou:

My BFF just pointed out I put I was 183 and no I did not lose 100 pds this week. Would be nice but I am 283 this week. Guess that's what happens when you have 3 kids out of school and you are trying to hurry sorry0

I started a no junk food for 21 days challenge today. Hi ya'll. Sorry I missed the weigh in yesterday, but it was my anniversary (24th) and hubby and I took the day off to spend together. It turned out not to be a great day as I've had a stomach bug or something since Thursday of last week, and I am still not feeling great. But, getting to spend a day completely alone with hubby in the house is a rare thing, so glad we got that time! I did my weigh in this morning, will use that in my chart. I don't think I'm on target to make my weight goal by the end of the challenge, but I am just SO happy to be in the 140s for two weeks in a row!!
