Nice work. It varies for me. I struggle anywhere from not at all to as far in as 3 or 4 miles. Trick for me is to just stick with it! Mini goals!0 -

Walked a mile this morning (up to 13 miles so far this week) and then my ankle went all twingey and I had to get the bus the rest of the way to work. Oh cruel world!0

Kinda struggling with my MVP (mitral valve prolapse) acting up on me, but I'm gonna do it even if I have to walk it.0 -
I'm getting a late start this week. I strained my calf muscle on my long run Sat. Going to try to do 3 today, 3 tomorrow and 9 Saturday. Hopefully I will have no pain!0
