    Kinda struggling with my MVP (mitral valve prolapse) acting up on me, but I'm gonna do it even if I have to walk it.

    I'm getting a late start this week. I strained my calf muscle on my long run Sat. Going to try to do 3 today, 3 tomorrow and 9 Saturday. Hopefully I will have no pain!

    10/9 - 4.62 mile run
    10/10 - 3.17 mile walk
    10/11 - 3.51 mile morning run
    10/11 - 3.2 mile afternoon walk
    10/12 - 3.2 mile walk

    Total: 17.7 miles. Can't wait for rest day on Friday :D
