I am in!! Starting on the 17th is perfect...I think I will give it a test run tonight, to remind myself what I am in for...it's been 2 years since I used the DVD! Every day, 30 days - we can do this!!
This is such a classic workout, I can't believe how much I love it!!
It's a great selection and such a great all over workout, I can;t wait to get started!!!

I would like to join too! I've never tried 30DS, so I need to go out and buy it. I see that Targe has it for about $9.

I have the dvd and have not used it yet, I am so close to my goal at this point I think 30ds would help me get rid of that last 7lbs much faster than I have been going.0

Ok, count me in. I started the shred once and quit after a couple of days. I just couldn't do it! I couldn't make it through the jumping jacks, the crunches, the push-ups, nothing. Anyway, I started C25K (will start week 4 on Friday) and attempted the shred again the other day and could actually keep up with them on the cardio! That was two days ago, I haven't touched it since. I SO need someone pushing me to keep going.0

I'm in! Started already-day #4. Did my measurements. I love that I get a good workout in 20mins. Sometimes I get on the treadmill afterward, just because!
I like to get on my bike for 15-20 min after for a little extra0 -
