Sunday- 1.5 miles (walk)
Wednesday- 2.2 miles (walk/run)
Thursday- 2.2 miles (walk/run)
Total- 5.9 miles-- I'm close, but at least I did some, I usually don't do any. I know tomorrow I'll get in some walking miles & Saturday & Sunday, but I think I'll only make it to 12! A for effort!0 -

Finished the week at 12.3!
My first 5k went great...complete in 37:15! My goal was to run a 12 minute mile so I'm thrilled with the results. A bit intimidated by some of the other runners today (1st place finished in 20:55!). But all things considered (a year ago I weighed 185 and had a broken leg...and I've never been a runner my entire life), today was a huge milestone for me! Thanks for all of the encouragement!0 -

Thursday: 7.1 km = 4.41 miles
Saturday: 7.41 km = 4.60 mile
Totals this week: 18.87 km = 11.72 miles0 -
