Wow! I just realized I might actually pull this off...
I'm a short, small girl so when I gained weight everyone noticed. Now that I've lost 25 pounds, I no longer look overweight, I feel good about myself, and I'm healthier. My mom came to visit me in London over the weekend and we were talking about how I have to buy new jeans when I get back to the states because I've toned my legs (still working on getting them toned, though) and lost weight in my thighs. I actually have abs now (which the girls on my floor always ask to see). Just overall, a great feeling of accomplishment today.0 -
Another pound lost this week taking me to 211lbs.
Sorry I've not been around much, I've been feeling absolutely awful lately and ended up having a seizure last night. Been expecting one for a while and hopefully now that it's finally hit and got itself over with I'll be a bit more with it and able to be around a bit more. Next weeks weight loss may suffer, I'm usually insanely hungry for a day or two after a seizure and if something's there....well, let's just say it will be eaten. Quickly. :grumble: Went through 10 spring rolls, 2 bars of chocolate, a chocolate orange egg and a 250g bag of crisps last night :sad: It only stopped there because I went to bed! :blushing:

Hi everyone! Happy Monday! Hope everyone is well!
So far my weight loss is going great. We went out for a late lunch yesterday, "we" being my 2 daughters and their children and 1 daughter's husband. My own husband had to work and so did my other SIL. We had all gone pumpkin picking/hay riding/corn mazing in the late AM/early afternoon and everyone was starving. We went to an Italian place and while everyone was checking out the menu and ordering all kinds of good stuff.....I sat there and thought about my Hubba Hubba friends and our weigh-in this AM. LOL. So I order just 1 slice of taco pizza for me. Truthfully, I was full when I ate it, so I was happy I didn't order a big meal. Have to say.....this challenge is a great motivator!
I'm ready for another great week....how about you?
