    Holy guacamole !! A Sub 25 min 5K is reason for celebration. Wtg Lorinalynn.

    I involved more biking in my routine and made my goal of 100 miles for October a little early. I'll stick to commuting to work on the bike as often as I can and increase my running to prepare for the 5K race on Nov 13th. I'd be thrilled to finish around the 30 min mark.

    Thanks! I celebrated with the rest of the bottle of blackberry wine I started last night! :drinker:

    Three times now, I set a PR if I have a few drinks the night before. I'm going to make it a pre-race ritual!

    Got in a 5 mile walk with the furries tonite. Did NOT plan on going that far but they took me on a "something" chase!!! I live in the country so they are rarely on a leash and I am thinking after today I will have to make use of them!!!

    Added another 4.5 today. My beach walk was 2.5 but my run route got shortened to 2 miles as I was running late and had to pick up some folks at the airport! Turns out their flight was late so I could have finished. Oh well - it is Sunday!!
