I have done 100 miles. I walk 4 miles a day on work days and 8 on derby days. I also did a charity walk for a coworker who was in a car accident.0

Took a wonderful hike in the woods today, 5.25 miles. Over half was uphill. What a view from the top!0

OKay, due to a lack of bike riding because my husband isn't up to it right now....bum knee... my miles are way way down. No way I am hitting 80 this month, so I am just gonna have to pack in as many as I can this week. I am gonna try to hit 60 and not be too mad at myself.0

Finally found the new thread! I have been away on vacation for the last two weeks and fully enjoyed myself. I did do some miles which are updated in my ticker. I have some work to do this week to make my goal! I start tonight!
