I like this challenge! I'm IN!
I'll check back to share what I've done. So far, I've drank 2 cups of water. I'm going for my jog in a few minutes with my husband.0 -

1 - Will definitely eat my calories today (plus exercise calories); Going out with my husband tonight because my parents are babysitting my son overnight. May not be the healthy calories but they will be eaten. :happy:
2 - Eat exercise calories - no problem!
3 - Already drank 4 glasses - 4 more to go.
4 - Ran for 40 minutes this morning (4.3 miles)

I've drank four cups of water already.
I jogged (a couple walking breaks) for 30 minutes straight. I think it totalled like a mile and a half.
I'm on my way to eating all the recommended calories. The day is still young.
I'm kind of new at this, as for the exercise calories are you referring to the added calories added to use after posting my workouts?0 -
keep on comin...we are taking members till the end of the day...but you have to check in at the end of today with what you did cause today is the first day. I will be out of the house today so I will check back in later and add any new members to my spread sheet and start logging in the ones that have checked in already....If you did not see earlier I think I am going to do "points" for step 1-4 so we can see if we got them all or some missed a few...I won't chart which ones on the sheet. You can follow everyone on the thread to see exactly what they did or did not do So the chart for one person might look like this:

yes mam! It will tell you that you have earned ___ cals for the exercise...you have to eat those back (all but 100 if you think its off and want to be safe)0 -

Good deal...I got you. I will take your word for it since you are going to be out and wont be able to post later....but for all of us who can post AFTER we have completed it all please do that...If you know you will be out and can't post later but WILL FOR SURE get it all in then go ahead and post early like this...and you don't have to post for posting LOL obviously we can tell if you post or not! GW this week is to hit 160 or less...I kow it is a lot but my weight loss has plateaued this week. I am hoping with adding some new cardio it will jump start my weight loss again:)0 -
Early check-in for me. Day's only half done!
My calorie goal is 1,500/day
I started the morning with a 50-minute spin (434 calories burned).
I will have eaten 1,245 calories by the time the afternoon is over, which leaves me with 689 to play around with. I have an evening workout class that typically burns 300-400 calories, so between dinner and my post-workout protein shake, I should be fine with hitting my calories.
Starting Weight - 201
Already hit 64 oz of water.
Daily exercise time should equal 110 minutes + I'll be sure to take a 30 minute walk.
I don't know that I'll be able to check back in later tonight. I will if I can, but if not, I'll update tomorrow.0 -

ok so I totally feel like I let everyone down!! I did not get my 30 minutes in today I am just so wore out! I think I should have taken a day off before starting the next one...I will do that next time. I did all the other things and I will try to do double tomorrow! I don't know why I feel sooooo tired, like I have no energy at all!! I'm sorry I let you all down! I am so proud of the ones that did it!! Don't let me not doing it be an excuse for you not doing it. I have to say this though, I did not exercise AT ALL before last weeks challenge and I did 1 mile every day of the last week!! That is a huge improvement for me. I hope to make up for today tomorrow. Not that I will count it. I did not do it today so it does not count for the challenge, no matter if I do double tomorrow or not.0
