    I'm late for this week, but that doesn't mean I can't do this on my
    own. I know I can loss the weight just need a boost like this. Sooo
    I will start tomorrow and hope that I will not be too late to join next

    Posting for 10/28

    1- EAT YOUR CALORIES - done!
    2- EAT YOUR EXERCISE CALORIES (can allow a 100 cal widow) - done!
    3- DRINK YOUR 8 CUPS AND LOG THEM SO WE KNOW! - done
    4- WALK/JOG/RUN (whatever your level) AS FAR AS YOU CAN IN 30 MINUTES EACH DAY. - 45 mins done, 2 miles done!!
    5- POST HERE AT THE END OF EVERY DAY! :tongue:

    I think taking a day off is great, even healthy, so you don't get burnt out. Most of the other challenges I see usually run for 6 days a week with a rest day. Maybe we could do that, so the week challenge days stay the same throughout?

    Ok here is the updated list with yesterdays results and those peeps removed that did not log for the 1st 2 days...The names that are here are the ones in the challenge now...If I am missing your post for the 28th you must post today or you will be removed also. Every one is doing great!

    This was yesterdays progress--I'll try and jump on for todays progress.
    10/28

    1- EAT YOUR CALORIES - Yes.
    2- EAT YOUR EXERCISE CALORIES (can allow a 100 cal widow) - Nope, left about 300 calories..needed to make up some from snacking the night before (after completing my dairy, that was Thursday night)
    3- DRINK YOUR 8 CUPS AND LOG THEM SO WE KNOW! - Done.
    4- WALK/JOG/RUN (whatever your level) AS FAR AS YOU CAN IN 30 MINUTES EACH DAY. - Did a 5K in 28 minutes, and some walking. Sure that meets it.
    5- POST HERE AT THE END OF EVERY DAY! A day late.

    Sorry, It's been really busy at work and I haven't been logging my stuff. This means I'm out this week, right? Or am I able to be in? I do know what I've done and I haven't missed a day of working out, getting my water in etc.

    Im all in. Just lost 9lbs my first weigh in and 2 inches in my waist and hips....Im amped up and all in...great challange
    Way to go,... :) i have too much of a sweet tooth!:(
