Oct 29 check in:
1. Eat calories- Yup!
2. Eat exercise calories- yup! and ate a lot more than that. I am guilty..
3. Drink 8cups- yup! I drank 10.
4. Exercise for 30mins- yup, walked for 32 minutes at 3.2 mph

I'm the queen of sweet tooth's.....I just allow room for my sweet treats in my daily kal intake.

Today was much better.
1 eat cals-done
2 eat exersice cals-done
3 drink 8cups- drank 10
4 walk for atleast 30 mins-done

Exercise Cal.- Um...check. I didn't have any because I didn't get any in.
30min j/w/r- Fail. I overtrained the day before, so yesterday I took a break.
Water- Between 6/7 cups.0 -
Ok. I failed miserably at checking in the weekend always gets me.

2. Eat exercise cals.. Done, only a handful of cals left
3. Exercise: 35 minute walk
4. Water.. Plenty at least 12cups

1. Eat cals.. Didn't eat enough but I drank way too much, so my cals were over
2. Exercise cals... Overdone
3. Exercise... 3Hrs of nonstop dancing in a very humid setting.. No miles
4. Water.. Not enough, alcohol took over
5. Post... Late
My biggest challenge has always been logging on the weekends I still make an effort to eat healthy but will also indulge. On the other hand, this morning I weighed in at 147.9, so no major damage0 -
Sorry, It's been really busy at work and I haven't been logging my stuff. This means I'm out this week, right? Or am I able to be in? I do know what I've done and I haven't missed a day of working out, getting my water in etc.

thought maybe I was dropped, CRAZY weekend!
Sat. & Sun 0 points as I didnt track my food or exercise...actually maybe just on each bay I did drink all my water:)
Today will be tricky..no pun inteneted, It'd pitch black out still and foggy. I can't run in this. I will hope to get my run in after Halloween party at my sons school.

So I think I forgot to post what I did since i was posting these. lol So for yesterday the 30th I did everything but eat all my cals back. I started late with my eating and I was not that hungry last night and did not want to cram in the last 300 or so...so I was short yesterday on my cals. but I was over a little in the week I think so over all for the week I think it made up for it. I am still stuck at 198 and cant get past it. It jumps up a little then back down...still chuggin though and I hope it breaks soon.0 -
