I need to change my goal weight for the challenge. I think I originally posted 210 but I think that was too aggressive! So i'm going to shoot for 215 instead!~
I did 30 girly pushups and 50 crunches last night. I also got in more than my 8 cups of water! Now if I can just keep it up! :-)0 -

Down 1.2 pounds for this week. CW: 192.8. Also, I am changing my x-mas goal weight to 180 instead! I wasn't counting the weeks when I was aiming for 20 pounds and I just think that is unrealistic!

So, how is everyone! It is such a struggle to get eating under control sometimes. Anybody else going to black friday shop this year? I usually weigh in on Saturdays so you will see my post next week. Anybody got any Holiday strategies they are using this year? I allow myself a few pieces of candy everyday so I don't feel deprived. ttyl0

I think the new challenge is making mindful food choices to curb emotional or boredom eating...am i right ziesergirl? So instead of just grabbing some food, we ask "Why am I eating this? Is it a good choice?"

Next week's challenge is forefront on my mind. I had a difficult day today but refrained from eating anything that would separate me from my goal.0
