    Good Morning!

    I need to change my goal weight for the challenge. I think I originally posted 210 but I think that was too aggressive! So i'm going to shoot for 215 instead!~

    I did 30 girly pushups and 50 crunches last night. I also got in more than my 8 cups of water! Now if I can just keep it up! :-)

  • Down 1.2 pounds for this week. CW: 192.8. Also, I am changing my x-mas goal weight to 180 instead! I wasn't counting the weeks when I was aiming for 20 pounds and I just think that is unrealistic!

    Thank you so much for this group!! I love the support and it is helping greatly. I was stuck for over a month at the same weight and I am starting to see results again!

    So, how is everyone! It is such a struggle to get eating under control sometimes. Anybody else going to black friday shop this year? I usually weigh in on Saturdays so you will see my post next week. Anybody got any Holiday strategies they are using this year? I allow myself a few pieces of candy everyday so I don't feel deprived. ttyl :tongue:

    Phew! So glad I showed a loss. It was a rough week plus water retention with TOM. I struggled with the push-up challenge, but I knew I would. At least I tried. Looking forward to this week's challenge.

    Checking in. I had my monthly measurement today. From Oct 2nd- Nov 2nd I lost a total of 9.25 inches

    I think the new challenge is making mindful food choices to curb emotional or boredom eating...am i right ziesergirl? So instead of just grabbing some food, we ask "Why am I eating this? Is it a good choice?"
    Maybe I'm making this up but that's what I remember and I'm too lazy to go find the other thread and reread :ohwell:

    Not where I thought I would be but know what I have to do to keep going. Still trying to get in the water and will admit the pushup challenge was not for me. Next week's challenge is forefront on my mind. I had a difficult day today but refrained from eating anything that would separate me from my goal.
