I just updated my final October miles in that thread....Sorry Dinos....lost power for 4 days
I'm back in this month again and will stick with my same goal as last month 85 miles...running/walking on the treadmill
I will update ticker as soon as I know u were able to update the spreadsheet

love this challenge...im in for 600 miles(biking/spinning)...goals for november, lose 3lbs...600miles spinning/biking, 10weight sessions...2yoga classes....burn a 4000calories a wk and workout a miniuim of 24 hours.....

Guys, keeping an updated ticker is NOT rocket science. You can do it.
I insist on a signature because it helps me track down your progress, not because I'm a whimsical tickerhead. Try to understand that there are almost 100 people in the challenge. Some post in kilometers, some post every blue moon, others don't sum up their miles ... for whatever reason, tracking without the ticker can become a royal pain in the butt.

Ran/walked bout 4 1/2 today! Slowly but surely. Had to re-evaluate my ending distance as this is the first monh tryin. SO 100 miles should be good. I've never tracked my miles before, this is so fun and motivating. SO Thank You to who ever thought this thread up and started it! You've got great ideas!0
