    171 this week, I hit 60 lbs this weekend too!

    I have met one goal, I can wear a pair of size 10s (I think it's a UK 30), but not very comfortably. There's still a slight muffin top but I can live with that right now.

    I somehow managed to have a stellar week with a trip to visit friends that included no working out and some indulgent meals. End result was that I was down 2.8 pounds. Not sure how, but I'll take it! Proof that sensible portions and just getting out and walking really do help!

    Oh, oh, oh!!! I forgot to mention, one of my goals was to run 3 miles in 30 minutes and I made that goal a couple of week ago but yesterday I more than doubled it. I ran 6 miles in 58:03......WOOT!!!!

    Sorry I thought I had posted each week. I am the same as last week 156.2.
    Tought week but I had started out so strong. The weather is getting cooler and that really bums me out. I have a hard time wanting to excersise. I do so much better if I get up at 5am. But geeeez who wants to really get up that early! I keep telling myself the reward is awesome. I find this so true!

    126.8 is this weeks weigh in result, i think a combination of not eating much b4 my last weigh in (lost about 3lbs i think) and last night not getting dinner till l8 coz i didnt get home from zumba till 8.30, gona check again 2morrow, but if im 2 l8 for the spread sheet then it will not matter.

    No change in my weight. 156.2 It has been a really tough couple of weeks at work. Then a family member passed away and now a friends father passed unexpectedly. A lot going on and not very much exercise. I am just happy no gain!

    Ok, *finally* updated the spreadsheet. Sorry it took so long! Kinda one of those weeks when you fall behind and just can't seem to catch up.

    Anyway, it looks as if a lot of us are having trouble getting out weigh-ins in. If we could try to be extra good about that it would be great. Lots of holes in the spreadsheet makes for silly googly eyes when I'm trying to keep track of it all. :)

    Darrcn- Can you send me your starting weight, NSV, and any old weights you might have from those weeks. I took you off after you were inactive for awhile, but I'd be more than willing to put you back in, just figured you might want to have more on the sheet. Also, a goal weight!
