Nov 6: 177.5 (goal) No change. Still at 178.5.
Nov 13: 176.5 (goal)

I was down to 176 earlier this week. Is this a temporary blip?
Battle of the scales begins in earnest!
Weighed myself again, and was down to 177.5. Weighed myself twice, and it was firm. So I guess I did meet my target after all. Yipee!0 -

Had to weigh in a day early because I'm working and studying today and cannot get to my scale, but I have been naughty and eating bad take out meals, but in smaller sizes. Instead of eating an adult McDonalds meal, I'll have a kids meal lol. Hopefully it doesn't throw me off too much, but being out of the house all day makes it hard . I'm currently eating a piece of Matzah with peanut butter on it Much better than white bread.0 -

Starting late, but I'll get in on this. I've been doing my weigh ins on Monday mornings though, so I'll officially start with that weight in the morning.0

We had our 'celebration' meal on Saturday night, and I am more focused now that it is over with. Today, I increased my protein intake and limited my carb intake (no bread, rice, pasta, etc, but ate lots of veggies) and drank lots of water. I went for a walk with a friend tonight, while hubby put the girls to bed. I'm going to read for a bit and get to sleep. Now I just need to keep repeating...0

hello peeps! checking in on a Monday nite
to say I gotta get back to exercising MORE now that
the head cold is gone, finally! felt so good tonight I went
out for a quick walk & watched the lovely moon come up.
also, I want to challenge myself this week again to
get more rest! I feel soooooooo much better when I sleep
at least 8 hours. tomorrow I am hittin' the swimming pool:bigsmile:0 -

Very pleased, especially as I binged at the weekend. Still got 2 parties this month though, plus the German Christmas market is coming to town so there is a lot of temptation about!0 -

Weight on 11/1 171.2, today's weight 170.2. I needed to lose just a little more (0.25lbs) in order to lose the 5 lbs this month. Just have to work a little harder. I must confess that this past weekend I didn't exercise and am paying for it with my results this morning0
