Today C1D10. I have lost 8 lb. so far. I have not lost any weight since Sunday. I'm not sure if I am eating enough. Have not had any problems with headaches or tiredness.
@DIVAGETTINGFIT,
I checked your diary for the last few days and the headaches could be coming from low calories, I know its easy to not feel hungry and over eat on this cycle but make sure you're aiming for at least 1000 to 1200 calories especially if you're exercising on a regular basis, this will make your weight loss stall after a few days. Try adding a Greek yogurt or bigger portions of protein.0 -
Day 1 for me.
I am excited to be on this journey. I dont know what it is but I was not hungry for lunch today (I think its because TOM is on the way). I also had a starbucks iced coffee with a splash of cream (it was bought and brought by my co-worker).
I am excited to start feeling and looking better
Feel free to FR me, I would love the support :flowerforyou:

I read today in Fitness magazine that the diet is good because it does promote healthier food choices but the real reason the diet works is because it's low calorie. So, it is possible for you to find success somewhere else. Best of luck to you!0 -
Hey Everyone!
Hope all is going well.
Just got home from school and have been super busy with it (that's why I am not posting as much).
To my delight I am still on the diet! Today I broke it a little by having a cookie, but other than that I have been good  I did notice that the weight hasn't been coming off as quickly as it was at first.

I need to remain focus during C2 and not to expect cycle 1 results.......I'm hoping that I can lose 5 pounds at this point. The dayum scale is not moving in the direction that I prefer0

Today is day 11 (I think) of Cycle 1! I am currently only 1 pound away from one of my mini goals (145)!
Honestly, I think I could have exercised a lot more during Cycle 1. I have been eating right and haven't gained anything back, but the weight is coming off slooooow (which could be a good thing). I think the weight is coming off slow in my case because I haven't really "Exercised" this past week.
Let me know how you guys are doing! I told a few of my friends about the diet and they are going to start next week Monday !

Today is D5 C1 and I am down 5.5 pounds so far. Hopefully the weekend goes as well as the week did!0

12 Days down in this cycle for those who have started on the 1st day. But this question is for everyone how is the diet going? Finally managed to impress my fiance enough that he's on board0
-
I have been doing good, except for last night; I ordered a pizza
When I weighed in this morning I was surprised that I didn't gain any weight  Tomorrow is my "official" weigh in day, which is also makes it two weeks since I been on this diet.
I am hoping tomorrow to weigh 145...Which I think I am  Loving this diet so far...I am so happy that I heard about it. I have been drinking A LOT more water than I used to.

As long as you aren't staying off the (17 DD) horse!
I am with you Toni...I made a "bad" choice this weekend too, but I am not going to let it affect me mentally. I just keep reminding myself that as long as I go forward I will never go back (which was 166lbs!).

Hi Guys, I'm upset. I'm still 179.8 (a pound more than I was when I left cycle 1 oh and TOM is here). I think I may do C1 for the next 3 days and C2 for 1 day until I complete cycle 2 and maybe 3).0
-
Day 17!! I cannot believe it is already here. I honestly did not think I was going to be able to stick it out for 17 days, but I did!!
STATS for CYCLE 1:
Starting W - 151 :grumble:
Ending W - 146
Total loss: - 5lbs!
When I first started Cycle 1 I dropped 3lbs within the first day or so. I followed the meal plans exactly (except for the green tea bit) and exercised for 20 minutes a day. On the 7th day in or so I stopped exercising, but still continued to eat healthy. For the last 3 or 4 days I started exercising again (doing the 30DS). I think if I would have continued exercising I would have lost more, but don't get me wrong...I AM NOT COMPLAINING! I will take the -5lbs in 17 days any day!
On to CYCLE 2 tomorrow! :drinker:

Good Morning!
I just found this group this morning....and would like to join if it's OK, I have been on the 17 Day Diet since 10/24. Everything is going really well, I completed my C1 yesterday and have had GREAT results. I started on 10/24 at 217 and weighed in this morning at 202.5 for a 14.5 lb loss on Cycle 1.
My goal weight for the end of the challenge would be 192, so a 25lb loss. I have only exercised once so my exercise goal would be to start exercising consistently - 1st with the 2-17 minutes a day workouts as instructed in the book and move on from there.
Good Luck All!0 -
Same here. I'd love to join, too. I am just starting C1 today, so good timing!0
-
You all are more than Welcomed to join! I haven't been posting lately since I have been busy with life, but I will start posting regularly starting tomorrow!

Hey all-just checking in: Day 5 of Cycle 2 and I'm down 13lbs - it's definitely working. The cutting of sugar has def made me have more energy, and all the water and veggies make my skin and hair look amazing! It makes such a difference not drinking either. I def feel "clean." Made it through Halloween without any candy - and in the past, two bags of this stuff would have been devoured in an hour. All that havoc that I wreaked on my body - now I just can't imagine returning to it. I can't wait to get to the maintenance cycle!0
-
Down another 2 lbs!0
