I just wanted to restate what my nutritionist has told me about weight loss. That loosing .5 pounds a week is a healthy weight loose. That loosing up to about 4 pounds a month average is a really good goal to set for your self. The more you have to loose to get to your weight the more you will be able to loose. The closer you get to your goal weight the slower you will loose weight. She also agreed that no weight gain is an accomplishment. For us woman on here we have to deal with TOM (sorry men) that brings on extra problems like bloating, water retention, ect. which will make us weigh more than we normally would. So just because you are not getting the big number losses don't give up. As for my self I have hit a hill that I can't seem to get pass but I have faith that I will in time beat this. Especially with all of your help.0

After the week I have had and the junk I have eaten I am most surprised to have lost. Think it might be a false positive though as really haven't been drinking enough water lately so I'm dehydrated. I need a good week next week to stay on target for my goal of getting under 130 by 12 December0 -

My weight for starting is 155 mondays weight was 154. I sent this in an email but I will post it here too.
And I don't know what is going on with me. I do not go over my calories but I am not losing weight like I should be. The last time I did a 10 pound loss challenge i lost like 13 pounds. What do I need to do to change this???0 -

So, I don't want to weigh myself anymore until Thanksgiving. I'm doing a lot of strength training on top of cardio, and the scale isn't budging much and its depressing me when I weigh in the morning. I would love to check in on Thanksgiving! But I understand this is a weekly weigh-in group, and thanks for the opportunity! I just have to do what I need to do to stay motivated and focus on the 3.5 inches I've lost in 2 weeks!0
